The investment thesis is to accelerate international growth and establish a market leader in multichannel contact center management and customer relations.

2017

Vocalcom posted €33m in revenues. The company is continuing to migrate its business model towards SaaS/Cloud, which now represents around 50% of sales. More than 50% of Vocalcom’s revenues are generated outside of France, particularly in high-growth emerging markets such as South America and North Africa.

More than 50% of revenues comes from international markets.
