In 2015, Infopro Digital experienced solid performance in its different business. The company’s digital business now accounts for 61% of its direct margin (excluding trade-shows and events) due to the launch of regular Internet and digital initiatives.

InfoPro Digital completed the acquisition of EBP (€20m revenues, €7 EBITDA) in Belgium, a provider of critical information to construction professionals in Belgium, France and Netherlands, presenting strong synergies with existing activities. This is the first significant international acqsuisition of the group.
