Why did we invest?

Gfi Informatique has a strongly established customer base and a unique presence in the highly attractive packaged software business. The company combines several competitive advantages, including its large size enabling it to manage large IT projects (e.g. ERP implementation); strong local presence in Southern Europe and sector-focused expertise.

How do we intend to create value?

Gfi Informatique has significant growth potential. The company benefits from the European IT services market growth, complemented by an acquisition strategy focusing on value-added targets. Thanks to its size, Gfi Informatique can act as a consolidator in a fragmented industry.

The group is led by a team of successful service managers who has achieved the group’s business model transformation around service centers in France and surrounding countries.

Successful international expansion: revenues grow by 58.2%
