| Apax Partners sells its stake in Galapagos (17/06/2010 12:15) Paris, 17 June 2010 – The funds managed by Apax Partners SA, and Altamir Amboise, today sold their stake in the biotechnology company Galapagos, listed on Eurolist-C by Euronext Brussels and Amsterdam, namely 1,277,366 ordinary shares representing 5.4% of the company’s capital (including 76,641 shares for Altamir Amboise).
The shares were sold to European institutional investors. Kempen & Co from the Netherlands acted as placement agent to this transaction.

The company, which was listed in 2005, today has annual revenues in the excess of 100 million euros and alliances with the biggest players in the pharmaceutical industry.
