For each sector, we have a dedicated team of professionals who are responsible for identifying the most promising investment opportunities and for creating value within the portfolio-companies.

We invest in high growth potential companies. We provide them with long-term equity financing (5 years on average) and help them accelerate their development.
We take a particular interest in companies addressing growth markets, which have a competitive advantage (leadership, innovative technology, unique concept, strong brand,…) and whose management team has an ambitious project.

We invest in companies at different stages of their development: from an innovative company experiencing rapid growth (late-stage venture), to the more established company within the framework of a development plan (growth capital) or a transmission/succession project (LBO).

We take majority or significant minority stakes, and sit on the Boards of Directors of the companies in which we invest.
Our team is actively involved in achieving the company’s business plan and in creating value by providing its sector-based expertise, its financial skills and its experience as corporate-developer.
